This is the shocking moment an off-duty police officer brutally assaults his 72-year-old neighbor after he accidentally hit the officer's paddleboard with his car.
Victim Harry Horsley was assaulted by his neighbor of 36-years Scott Saunders, an 18-year veteran of the Hull Police Department, in Massachusetts, on Monday July 24.
Horsley said he was left bloodied and bruised by the altercation, that another neighbor of theirs managed to capture on video.
In the cell phone video, Horsley is seen on the ground with the police sergeant on top of him pinning him down.
Horsley told that the assault started when he had been driving him and Saunders hit his car with a paddleboard he was carrying.
