Phantom Hoartoise can be found in two locations.
Head east of the Bell-Borne Geochelone , which is a popular hangout for many Hoartoises. To easily spot the distinctive sheen of the Phantom Hoartoise, stand on top of the cliffs and look down into the valley along the mouth of the river.
The second spot to find the Phantom Hoartoise is located east of the Violet Banyan at the base of a cliff where the river ends. Look for a big, glowing crescent moon-shaped ruin - this landmark will guide you to the right location.

The easiest Phantom Clang Bang spawn point to reach is on Luminous Shore ; to locate this Phantom Echo, head to the tip of the largest bay south of the natural rock bridge, east of the wooden bridge that leads you to Hongzheng. This spawn point is the only place where you can hunt for Phantom Echoes on Mt. Firmament before completing the Mt. Firmament storyline.
For a more challenging hunt, head to Loong's Crest . After climbing to the very top of the dragon's snout, where you can challenge Jue, jump off the cliff, and start gliding down slowly; there is a cave underneath the peak , where the dragon's mouth would be, containing Clang Bangs, a Windchimer, and a chest.

Another spawn point for the Phantom Rocksteady Guardian is on the large island north of the Tower of Adversity . The easiest path to this island involves traversing a series of small islands and shallow waters just above the Tower of Adversity, and the Phantom Echo spawns on the western side of the island near the waterline, usually with a group of TDs engaged in battle with each other.
